- Upgrade payments made to this site are considered membership fees, not investments or deposits of any kind. The money we pay members is a payment for the service provided by them, viewing other member websites. All membership fees are non-refundable; charge-backs are grounds for account cancellation.
- We cannot be held responsible for unforeseen or uncontrollable events involving our reserve fund, member participation, technical issues, or legislation. It may become necessary for the managers of this site to change our earning rates and referral commissions for continued growth and sustainability.
- You may only have one account. Our IP verification technology will insure adherence to this policy. Anyone found in violation will have all offending accounts deleted without warning and all earnings withheld.
- Your account will be closed if you are inactive for 15 days.
- Should you choose to participate in our referral program, be aware that all referral earnings are one-time percentage payments based on your referrals'' membership fees. You do not earn commissions on the earnings of your referrals. Also you may receive your commission from your refferals one-time only.
- In order to provide our professional members with a seamless online experience, it is a requirement that each site that you promote on our site must comply with the following rules. There will be a no-tolerance policy for the below offenders. The accounts will be deleted without notice and all earnings will be lost. - You agree to receive emails from this site daily and your email won't be shared to other parties.
- We encourage you to promote this site. However, be aware that any of the following methods of promotion will result in immediate termination of your account and loss of earnings: spam, bulk mail, bulk forum postings, pop-up ads, pop-under ads, and unsolicited instant messages.
- A payment ID is the processors account you use for transactions with our program. Referrers cannot share a payment ID (purchased with or paid to) with any of their referrers. A single payment ID cannot be associated with any more than one account.
- Members are prohibited from contacting other members on our forum for the purpose of enlisting those individuals to purchase upgrades for them or fund their payment processor accounts. Members are prohibited from spamming their referrals for the purpose of promoting programs non-related to this site.
- Members may not request to have their upline (referrer) changed unless the referrer is abusing the relationship in some way. In this case, the existing referrer will be removed and no new one will be assigned. Members may not make offers on or off of our site and forum intended to lure existing our members into creating new accounts under them. Any members found in violation of the above are subject to immediate account cancellation and loss of all earnings.
- All payments will be done automatically by a robot and it will send your cash to your account which you have entered in your profile not the account you paid by it.
